New Dhivehi Keyboard

A poster in the Apple Support Communities has pointed out that the MacOS Dhivehi keyboard has the wrong ounctuation characters for that script (LTR in instead of RTL). This custom layout fixes that. Apple's iOS keyboard does not have this problem.
