MacOS: ABC Extended Keyboard Further Extended

A poster in the Apple Support Communities (ASC) has pointed out that Apple's ABC Extended keyboard layout lacks the ability to produced chracters with the diaeresis below diacritic. This is useful for certain romanization systems for the Arabic script used in a wide range of languages. A custom ABC Extended layout which includes Combining Diaeresis Below at Option-Shift R is available here.

I can't thank you enough, Tom. Would you be able to add in a feature that the current ABC Extended cannot do, which is to have the underscore under the letter s? It works with H, z, r, t, but for some reason, it leaves off others. We use that in ALA-LC Persian romanization for ث as in Mas̲navī Ma‘navī (Spiritual Couplets) of Rūmī.

You can make that character already by typing s and then option shift h. s̱
