Multilingual Font Collection
I recently came across the Google Noto Fonts page, where you can download Unicode fonts for an incredible range of scripts all in one place. They are under the free Apache license.
They're also working on a Nastaliq font, although it's currently only at "draft-unhinted" stage. Tried it out with some Urdu in TextEdit and InDesign, and it looks better in TextEdit. In InDesign, there's a few points where the letters pile up and crash into oneanother in an ungainly fashion (even when using the World-Ready Para Composer).
