I have not needed to type in Tibetan for some time but although I have not changed my system nor updated Pages from version 4.3, I now find I cannot use Apple's Wylie to type fast the way I am used to. I regret I don't know anything about them or how to make them work. If possible, I would recommend that you move to Unicode fonts like Tibetan Machine Uni and the XenoTypeTech kit, as this technology is now the international standard and has superseded the other one.
